I went for a motivation talk last night, regarding financial and properties.
Everything sounded so amazing when someone's good at speech gave his speech.
It was fun, and ultimately i felt so motivated that i cant sleep (i cannot close my eyes sbb jd smangat sangat) haa tuuuudia effect kemain...

There was a few questions raised up along the session:

What is changing?
-the advancement of medical field -> more people live long
-increase in population
-incrase in penganggur (lack of job opportunity dt increased in population number)
-everythings getting more expensive

So financially, ones must know how to amplify their earnings. at the same time must have enough liquids..

There are a few types of rich/millionaire people
- born rich
- married to a rich person
-won lottery
-self made.

It is not impossible to be a millionaire starting from scratch. even at first you only have two dimes in your pocket. The key is, to Start. Start now. So that you don't regret 30 years later..
The important thing is to : do monthly savings and do investments.

For JPA students, you know you have got a lot from em... so save a lot, so that nanti time dah grad, u'll automatically have 20k AT LEAST . make it happen. i know it is possible. Of course, jangan lupa zakat lah kalau dah invest and save. Tabung haji dah potong automatik dah zakat, however i dont know bout the rest.

there are also many people yg even at their 30s/40s still dont have a saving. They spent their salary.Well dont. Start now. start saving. start investing.

Kalau yg dah kerja tu, if atleast u save rm500 per month, by the end of the year, u already have 6k takpasal-pasal. by 10 years u already have 60k, yg tu tak masok lagi yg investment punye.. haaa magic. so? be smart, be strong (godaan mall dan bagai), and save as much as you can..

oh and last but not least, be Debt Free!
